A Little About Us

The proud co-owner of the Craft Club and a passionate "Craft Specialist" who loves bringing creatitivty to life for children and families. A dedicated mom to a 5-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, she understands the joys and challenges of balancing family life with creative pursuits. Living in Upper Arlington, Ohio, she started her crafting journey during the pandemic, using art and crafting as a way to stay connected, de-stress, and nuture her kids' creativity. With a heart for hands-on learning, shes excited to share her love for crafting with young minds, foster fine motor skills and sensory development through fun and engaging projects. When she's not crafting, you'll find her enjoying family time, exploring new creative ideas, and continually learning new techniques to inspire the next generation of creators.

As a mom of three little ones under the age of five, Alex brings both a deep understanding of early childhood development and a natural talent for crafting fun, age-appropriate activities. Her passion for creativity shines through in every project, from hands-on crafts to full event setups. Known for her hardworking nature and thoughtful dedication, Alex pours her energy into making every Crafty Club experience special. Whether she's planning a themed class, designing a new activity, or running an event, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a wealth of crafty ideas to the table. Her love for both her family and her work is what makes her such an inspiring co-owner and an essential part of The Crafty Club's mission to spark creativity in the community.

Our newest addition! Not only does she manage our social media with flair, keeping our members connected and inspired, but she's also an expert in face paint and airbrush. Her passion and creativity help bring our vision to life as our creative director. You may also see her stepping in to teach some of our children's classes, where her enthusiasm really shines. Aside from her artistic abilities she's a dedicated mom of two, gardner, bread baker, and PTO VP.
